3. Personal Data Processing
   3.1. The Buyer agrees that the personal data they voluntarily provide during the order process will be processed in accordance with these rules.
   3.2. The Buyer has the right to access their personal data and request corrections to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate data by sending an email to nomkeramika@gmail.com. In such cases, the seller must immediately fulfill the Buyer’s request (within 1-2 days).
   3.3. The Data Controller recognizes and respects the privacy rights of each Buyer making an order at the online store www.noceramics.com. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name or first and last name, address, phone number, email address, and other information provided during the online store order process) for processing orders or fulfilling other contractual obligations. When placing an order, the customer may express consent/disagreement for their personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes by checking (I agree for my personal data to be used for direct marketing purposes) or not checking the box (I disagree).

The Data Controller agrees not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller’s partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may only be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
   3.5. Personal data is processed using secure means to protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure, or other illegal actions.
   3.6. Personal data for which consent has been given to be used for direct marketing purposes will be stored in an active database and used for direct marketing for a period of 3 years. After this period, the customer’s data will be immediately (automatically) deleted.

4. Amendment of Rules
   4.1. The Data Controller has the right to partially or fully amend the Rules, notifying users on the website www.noceramics.com.
   4.2. Additions or amendments to the Rules become effective from the day they are published, i.e., from the day they appear on the online store www.noceramics.com.
   4.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Rules, they have the right to refuse them in writing.
   4.4. If, after the amendments or changes to the Rules, the Buyer continues to use the services of the online store, it is assumed that the Buyer agrees with the new version of the Rules.
